Shipping Policy
We understand you can't wait to receive your products so we will do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped in a timely manner. All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase. This timeframe may differ during sale or holiday periods but customers will be updated in these instances.
Shipping Rate
All parcels are shipped through Australia Post. We currently offer 4 shipping rate options for customers:
- Standard shipping on orders under $99 - $10 flat rate
- Standard shipping on orders $99 and over - free
- Express shipping on orders under $99 - $20 flat rate
- Express shipping on orders $99 and over - $10 flat rate
These prices may be subject to change in the future, in which case notice will be provided via our website and emails will be sent to customers with accounts.
Shipping Timeframes
You will receive your Australia Post tracking number as soon as your parcel has been packed and prepared, with updates via Australia Post during the shipping journey. Our courier options may change in the future, in which case notice will be provided to customers.
Unfortunately we cannot control the movement of your parcel once it has left Chrysalis Emporium and cannot be held responsible for delayed and lost parcels, but if this occurs please contact us as soon as you think something may be wrong and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf and provide a refund on lost parcels if Australia Post deems it appropriate.
