- Don't settle! Rather than waiting until one of your favourite crystal businesses to get your perfect piece in stock, or something "close enough", we will get you your dream piece! Even if this means having it made for you by one of tried and trusted factories.
- Save big on statement pieces! When we source pieces for our customers, we save on costs such as marketing, website listing fees as well as avoiding having stock sitting for a long time. This means that with a buyer in mind, we can offer the very best price. You can save hundreds of dollars just for using this service.
- As a small business, your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. We will ensure you feel fully supported and offer great communication throughout the entire process, from the initial enquiry to delivery! You won't be left in the dark, wondering where your crystal is.
What do I need to know?
- Most importantly, until a deposit is paid, any quotes, inquiries or conversations are 100% obligation-free! Don't feel worried to reach out to have a chat.
- We will do our absolute best (we mean it!) to find your perfect piece whether this be a specimen, large sphere, large tower, cluster or something else entirely! Once we know what you are looking for, we will speak with our network and gather several quotes for you (generally per kg for items to be made or per piece for one-off's such as clusters) including the country of origin, photos of the stones used by this factory for quality reference and the approximate time taken to create/ship this piece.
- If you decide to go through with one of these quotes, we do require a deposit before we order your item to be made or shipped (depending if it needs to be made/carved or is already completed). This is non-refundable in the instance that you decide to not purchase the piece once it comes in, this is purely because these unique pieces are very hard to move and incur a large cost for us as a small business. We will provide you with an estimated price; if the estimated price is $500 or under a 30% deposit will be required, if the estimated price is over $500 a 25% deposit will be required. Once your item arrives at Chrysalis Emporium, we will conduct a thorough quality check as we do with all items and send you an invoice for the outstanding amount less deposit to be paid before we can ship the item to you.
- All payments and invoices for Chrysalis' Customs will be sent through PayPal using PayPal Buyer Protection, rather than through our website. This means discount codes and gift cards, unfortunately cannot be used on Chrysalis' Customs pieces. These purchases will not be able to be used to earn or redeem Chrysalis Coins. This is because we give you the best price we can for using this service.
- The minimum spend for Chrysalis' Customs pieces is $100. We are always open to stock requests and suggestions so if you would like to see us stock a general item below this price per piece (for example, amethyst spheres or malachite towers) we always welcome this but we cannot guarantee that items below $100 will be sourced as part of this service.
