Refunds & Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This period starts when your parcel is marked as delivered by Australia Post.

Due to the unique nature of all of our products, we do not accept change of mind returns. We do not accept returns if the item is as described on our website at the time of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at chrysalisemporium@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide advice regarding how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. At this stage, you will be responsible for your own return postage cost unless advised otherwise by Chrysalis Emporium.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. All care is taken by us when packing your order to ensure it is not damaged during the shipping process. If your purchase is damaged when you receive it, we will review these matters on a case by case basis and do everything we can to remedy the situation in a timely manner.


Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale products are considered final purchase. If you receive a sale item damaged, please contact us immediately as above.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but we will keep you informed at every stage.
